Timeframes
We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours of receipt at that address, and aim to resolve it within 15 days, unless a different period is required by law or later specified by the operator.
What this covers
Use this channel for complaints about:
- Content you believe is unlawful, harassing, or impersonating a professional.
- Access to or removal of your account, including verification decisions you dispute.
- Privacy or data-protection concerns under the DPDP Act 2023.
- Failure of the service to act on a report you already submitted in-product.
Clinical disagreement between doctors is not a grievance unless it involves abuse, patient-identifying leakage, or another rule breach. For product questions use the contact form.
