Case Consult and other clinical posts on Jivadra are peer discussion among healthcare professionals. They are not medical advice, a consultation, or a second opinion for a patient. Treatment decisions rest with the treating physician and the patient in the appropriate clinical setting.
What Jivadra does not do
Jivadra does not practise medicine, prescribe, diagnose, or verify that a post is clinically accurate. Verification of a member means identity and registration review as described in the terms of service, not a guarantee of competence. Urgent cases in-product use a reserved clinical urgency signal; they still are not an emergency service. In an emergency, use local emergency care.
Anonymization
Case Consult and referrals must not include patient-identifying detail. Only age range and sex (and similar non-identifying clinical context) are permitted. The anonymization confirmation is required before those submissions are accepted.
